Who Killed Punjabi Singer Inder Kaur? Full Story Revealed Inside

Punjab's well-known 29-year-old singer Inder Kaur, also known as Yashinder Kaur, is no longer with us. She suddenly disappeared on May 13th. After an extensive search, the police recovered her body from the Nilo Canal in Ludhiana at 11 a.m. on May 19th. This news has left her family and fans in deep shock.

Police investigations have revealed that Inder Kaur was murdered by her lover, Sukhwinder Singh, alias Sukha. The accused fled to Canada after committing the murder. The family alleges that Sukhwinder Singh claimed to be unmarried. Later, Inder Kaur learned that he was married and had two children. After this, the singer refused to marry him.

How did Inder Kaur disappear, and what is the whole story?

According to a Times Now report, Inder Kaur left her home at around 6:30 pm on May 13th to buy some essential items. She never returned. Her family called her several times, but her mobile phone was switched off. When they couldn't find her after extensive searches, they filed a missing person report with the police. Six days later, her body was recovered from a canal.

When police began investigating, CCTV footage showed Inder Kaur punjabi singer, being abducted at gunpoint by her lover, Sukhwinder Singh, and his associates. Following this, the police continued their search.

On Tuesday, nearly six days later, police recovered Inder Kaur's body from the Neelon Canal near Kuba village in Khanna. Her car, located about a kilometre from the canal, also had blood stains. Police suspect that Inder Kaur singer, was shot and killed inside the car.

Inder Kaur's family Alleges Forced Marriage

Inder Kaur's family alleges that Sukhwinder Singh, alias Sukha, a resident of Moga, murdered Inder. Sukhwinder is already married and has children, but he was pressuring Inder Kaur to marry him. Inder flatly refused to comply. The family says that Sukhwinder, unable to tolerate the humiliation, kidnapped Inder at gunpoint and then murdered him to take revenge.

Who is Inder Kaur's Murderer 

Initial police investigations have revealed a shocking discovery. The accused, Sukhwinder Singh, lives in Canada. It is suspected that he traveled to Punjab from Canada via Nepal specifically to kill Inder. After the murder, he fled back to Canada via the same Nepal route. Police have registered an FIR against Sukhwinder Singh and his accomplice, Karamjit Singh, at the Jamalpur police station.

ACP Inderjit Singh stated that Sukhwinder Singh possesses two licensed weapons. Police suspect the murder was committed with one of these weapons. The weapons are currently being investigated, and international efforts have been initiated to arrest the accused.
