The makers wrote alongside the motion poster that the film's teaser will be released on January 30th. The Kerala Story 2 release date in theatres is February 27, 2026.

A tilak (a mark of devotion) is visible on their foreheads, which is fading, and there are several bruises. This time, a new cast has been added.
